Common Thyme
Seeds
Thyme is one of the more
versatile herbs and a must have in every garden. The gray-green leaves
are quite small and very delicate. Use the white, pink and purple edible
flowers as a garnish to your dishes. Common Thyme grows only 12 inches
tall and easily grown in a container on a sunny windowsill.
Sow Thyme Seeds outside after all danger of frost has passed. Sow the thyme seed
1/8" deep and 4" apart.
Germination takes 10 - 15 days. Thin to 8" apart
when seedlings are 1" tall.
