| The most popular radish, Sparkler's are easy and fast growers which make them great for children to plant
as well as experienced gardeners. They are excellent in salads or eaten plain or as a garnish.
Sow seeds in Spring as soon as the ground can be worked.
Sow seed ¼" deep every
½ -1" and cover with fine soil. Germination takes 7-10 days. Remember to keep the soil moderately moist during germination.
Plant every 2 weeks to extend harvest. Stop planting once the weather starts getting too warm. Radishes get very woody once the hot weather sets in. Begin planting again once weather cools off for a Fall harvest.
