A very popular home garden carrot.
Delicious when harvested young. Tolerant of mismanagement and adaptable. Our favorite
carrot!
Sow seeds in a sunny location with
light porous soil. Plant in early Spring as soon as soil can be worked. Repeat plantings
every 2 weeks for a continued harvest. Fall plantings work good in mild winter areas. Sow
seeds sparingly. Keep soil moist and weed free. Begin pulling when finger long.
