High quality tight round 6-7 inch diameter heads average 3-4 pounds each.
Medium green with white interior, compact, short stem. Early and disease
resistant, suitable for close space planting. Delicious and rich in vitamins
and minerals.
Best when started from transplants, cabbage should be
started indoors, four to six weeks prior to your last expected frost date.
Two weeks before transplanting into the garden, the seedlings should be
hardened off to acclimate the tender plants to the conditions outdoors.
Transplant 2 weeks before the average last frost in spring. Plant your
transplants 18-24" apart in a row. Ready 98 days from transplant.
