Early Wonder Beet Seed
Smooth, flattened,
purplish-red globe with small tap root. Dark red interior with some
light red zoning. Bright green tops are excellent for "tender greens".
Germination is only 55 days.
Plant in a sunny, well drained location as soon as the soil can be worked. Repeat
every 2-3 weeks until late summer to extend your harvest. Sow seeds ˝ inch deep, 1-2 inches
apart. Best to harvest when roots get 2 inches across.
