There is nothing quite like eating a handful of sweet cherry tomatoes fresh from your garden. Our Cherry Tomato Seeds grow large spreading plants that produce small 1oz sweet cherry tomatoes that grow in clusters. An early cherry tomato variety ready for harvest in only 70 - 75 days. Cherry Tomato seeds are best started early 4-6 weeks prior to planting outdoors. Sow seed ¼" deep in seed starting formula. Keep moist. Seedlings emerge in 7-14 days at 70-80 F. Transplant Cherry Tomatoes to individual containers when seedlings have at least 2 pairs of leaves. Before transferring to your garden, accustom seedlings to outdoor conditions by moving to a sheltered place outside for a week. Sow Cherry Tomato plants 2-3 feet apart after all danger of frost has past. Using a trellis often increases yield and helps keep tomatoes off the ground where they are prone to disease and rot. Good air circulation around plants also helps prevent disease. Packet contains approximately 50 Cherry Tomato seeds. |
