Yellow Blossom Sweet Clover is an excellent
bee plant and a great cover crop. This yellow clover is a cool season
biennial that is great for mining minerals like
potassium and phosphorus from
the lower levels of the soil and bringing them to the surface. Yellow
blossom sweet clover has long thick taproots that are excellent for
breaking up hard compacted soils. Sweet
clovers are very fragrant.
Yellow
Blossom Sweet Clover is a vigorous grower and can grow up to 6 feet tall
given the right conditions. Quite a beautiful plant that can grow in a
wide range of soils and climate conditions.
Yellow Blossom Sweet Clover has
demonstrated great drought tolerance, especially when planted early,
just after your last frost.Sow
clover seed in early spring just after your last frost. Prepare the soil
you want to plant by raking smooth the surface and sprinkle your

over that area then gently water them in the soil after sowing and
continue to keep damp until they are established. Germination takes 7-14
