Dwarf Sun Spot Sunflower annual

These sunflowers grow very short 1-2 feet tall with an average sized single 10 inch head. Great plants for the outside edge of a sunflower garden.  Bird farmers may find this variety provides a great natural type food and cover for pheasants and other upland game birds.

Drought and heat tolerant easy to grow, great for kids and containers too.

Best planted when soil reaches 66-68 degrees. Keep moist until sprouts are about 2 weeks old or well established. Sow seeds 1.5 - 2 inches deep when all danger of frost has passed.  Tolerates many soil conditions but thrives in well drained fertile soil.
