Rose Mallow has huge 4" pink, rose & sometimes ice white
flowers that cover this multi-branching 5 foot plant. Often mistaken for
a Hibiscus the Rose Mallow flower is absolutely breathtaking.
The Rose Mallow flower requires moisture with
full sun to partial shade and thrives in many different soil conditions.
Sow Rose Mallow flower seeds directly outdoors after all danger of frost has passed. Plant
seeds ⅛" deep and 4" apart after soil has reached 70 degrees.
Germination takes 15 to 30 days. It is very important to keep the soil
moist during germination.
Thin 12-18" apart when plants are 3" tall.
Keep seedlings moist, and water plants at least once a week, more if dry
conditions persist.
