White Clover Seed

White clover is a perennial that sprouts fast and grows so dependably it is often used in getting a new lawn started. White Clover grows vigorously and often will grow in your shadiest areas.

White clover grows best in moist well-drained soil, it has a shallow root system and does not grow well in dry soils.

Sow white clover seed in early spring just after your last frost. Prepare the soil you want to plant by raking smooth the surface and sprinkle your white clover seed over that area then gently water them into the soil. Continue to keep damp until they are established. Germination takes 7-14 days.
