Sow Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds directly outdoors after all danger of frost has passed. Nick each seed with a file and - or soak for no longer than 8 hours. Plant immediately after soaking. Plant Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds in a sunny spot 6" apart and 1 “ deep. Keep the soil moderately moist during germination. Germination takes 8-10 days. Thin to 4" apart when 2" tall.
